6. No Returns Policy / Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a product exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please email support@goosestshirt.com.au with proof of purchase, details, and photos for assessment.
Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility for exchange.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees and faulty goods.
