We begin processing orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please email our support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
We offer both standard and express shipping throughout Australia. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

Order Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@goosestshirt.com.au within 15 days of purchase. Attach your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
Email our support team within 15 days of receiving your order. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for exchanging the item. Faulty items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Shipping costs for returning faulty products may be covered at our discretion. Our team will provide details upon approval of your exchange request.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
