Return and Exchange Policy
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check sizing and product details before placing your order.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may request a product exchange within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items eligible for exchange must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

    • Supported by proof of purchase, including order number, and photos/descriptions of the issue.

3. Exchange Process
  • To request an exchange, contact our team at info@goosestshirt.com.au within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, will provide instructions for returning the faulty product.

  • Shipping costs for returning faulty items may be covered at our discretion.

4. Conditions
  • We do not offer exchanges for:

    • Change of mind or incorrect size.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

  • Gooses T-Shirt reserves the right to inspect and validate all returned items before an exchange is approved.
